RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS expands operations at NK Stockholm by about 600 square meters through acquisition of NORDISK DAMKONFEKTION AB

RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS AB has signed an agreement to acquire NORDISK DAMKONFEKTION AB, with takeover on June 1, 2007. NORDISK DAMMKONFEKTION AB conducts operations at NK involving about 600 square meters. The purchase consideration amounts to SEK 12 M and it is assessed that the acquisition will contribute positively to earnings in RNB from the takeover date.
