The total leasable space amounts to about 20,000 square meters distributed among 26 shops, including ICA Storhandel (M&M), H&M, Lindex and Hemtex. The area contains at total of 35,000 square meters of commercial floor space, with annual sales of about SEK 1 billion. Today, Arninge Centrum accounts for 50% of these sales. "Retailing in the Stockholm region is developing favorably and the region has strong economic growth as well as a stable and high population trend. The purchasing power in the Arninge commercial is expected to increase strongly in the years ahead."
