(Bel-Air, Calif.) Rodeo Realty, one of the largest independently-owned residential real estate firms in California, has leased approx. 9,000 square feet of space for a new office on the iconic Sunset Strip of West Hollywood, California.

The office is located at 9200 Sunset Blvd. Suite 200, West Hollywood 90069. Rodeo plans on opening the branch in January 2011. It will house approximately 100 real estate agents, and the company is currently hiring experienced Westside agents to work out of the space.

“The Sunset Strip area has always been a dynamic market,” said Fred Henry, manager of the new office. “It’s an entertainment hub and centrally located. It’s important to have an office in the neighborhood to really service this area right.”

In the second half of 2010, Rodeo Realty also announced that it expanded the size of its Woodland Hills, Calif. office by 3,000 square feet and secured more than 12,000 square feet of space for a new office on Cañon Drive in Beverly Hills. The firm has hired more than 100 agents in 2010 alone.
