CVC and Waldakt, acting through Ronneby UK Limited, control more than 90 % of the shares in Resurs Holding AB (publ) and request compulsory redemption and delisting

CVC[1] and Waldakt[2], acting through Ronneby UK Limited ("Ronneby")[3], has today acquired additional shares in Resurs Holding AB (publ) ("Resurs"), thereby becoming owner of more than 90 percent of the shares in Resurs. The price paid in the transaction resulting in Ronneby exceeding the 90 per cent threshold was SEK 37 per share.
Ronneby will initiate compulsory redemption proceedings under the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551) (Sw. aktiebolagslagen (2005:551)) to acquire all remaining shares in Resurs. The price to be paid in the compulsory redemption proceedings will finally be determined by the arbitral tribunal in accordance with applicable rules. Ronneby will also request that Resurs apply for delisting of Resurs' shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.
