Rototilt gearing up with new sales teams on three markets

As a step in the continued focus on the award-winning QuickChange innovation, Rototilt is making a series of investments in the organisation.

Three dedicated salespeople have been recruited for the markets in France, Norway and Finland. The team will be led by Hampus Jonsson in the role of Business Area Manager for QuickChange.

“There is considerable demand for QuickChange from customers in the demolition and recycling segments. With technical expertise and a well developed organisation, we are able to meet all our customers’ needs and further strengthen our position,” says Hampus Jonsson.

QuickChange is Rototilt’s fully automatic quick coupler system that enables tool changes without the operator having to leave the cab. The solution provides a more efficient, flexible and safe way of working, and has become a success among machine operators who have invested in this technology to benefit their working life.

Rototilt is now looking to gear up and has recruited three dedicated salespeople on these markets as a way of strategically strengthening its position. All three have a solid background within Rototilt. In Norway and Finland, Hans-Ronald Hohlweg and Jukka Hautala are stepping into the newly created role of sales manager for QuickChange, within the Demolition and recycling business area. In France, Guillaume Aviles is the new sales manager for QuickChange, focusing on the demolition, recycling and rail segments. Hampus Jonsson is himself relatively new in the role of business area manager, and can see the potential in both the investment and the team.

“It feels incredibly inspirational. This is a perfect lineup, where everyone possesses the right combination of experiences. I am confident that we can meet our customers' unique needs in each country and find our way with tailor-made solutions,” he says.

Hampus also sees considerable opportunities to simplify the working day for excavator operators on all markets through Open-S. Open-S is an award-winning open standard that has been developed with the operator at the centre, and the innovation provides unique opportunities. Open-S is a common standard for the hydraulic interface between quick couplers, tiltrotators and work tools. This means that products marked with Open-S are also compatible between different manufacturers.

“This makes it easier for contractors all over the world to find solutions to their needs. Anyone connected to the shared product range in the Open-S family will have access to far and away the largest toolbox on the market,” says Hampus.
