Rottneros’s Executive Vice President and CFO Anders Byström is to leave the Group during the first quarter 2006 to become CFO of the recently formed Swedish-Danish group AarhusKarlshamn AB. Anders Byström joined the Rottneros Group in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Executive Vice President in 2002.

“I am sorry to see Anders Byström leaving the Group. He has done a great job for us, among other things by building up the accounting and financial function into the strategic role that it has today. We wish him good luck in his new position, in which he will have the opportunity to be involved in launching a newly created big international enterprise. It will also mean that he no longer has to commute weekly between his job in Stockholm and his family in Skåne,” says Rottneros’s President and CEO Lars Blecko.
