Information about Rottneros AB’s Nominating Committee and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was published on 31 October 2014

In 2015 Peter Gyllenhammar sold most of his shareholding in Rottneros AB through his company Bronsstädet AB. As a consequence of this, Peter Gyllenhammar has resigned from his representation on the Nominating Committee.

The 2014 AGM resolved to have the following composition for the Nominating Committee for the 2015 AGM: the Chair of the Board, who shall not chair this committee, and two additional members, one of whom will represent the company's largest shareholder and the other who will represent one of the company's other four largest shareholders. Neither of these two committee members may be a member of the board.

For this reason, Stefan Sundh, who represents PROAD AB, has been asked to replace Peter Gyllenhammar and has agreed to become a member of the Nominating Committee for Rottneros’ 2015 AGM. PROAD AB had an ownership interest corresponding to 4.6% of the capital and votes at the end of January 2015.

The Nominating Committee will have the following composition after this change:

Roger Mattsson     as previously, is the Chair of the Nominating Committee as representative of Arctic Paper.

Stefan Sundh         new member of the Nominating Committee as representative of PROAD AB.

Rune Ingvarsson    is the Chair of the Board of Rottneros
