Changes to the Nominating Committee at Rottneros AB (publ)

Information about Rottneros AB's Nominating Committee was published on 15 October 2012 and 25 January 2013, respectively.

According to the resolution passed at the 2012 AGM, the shareholder(s) that are included among the five biggest shareholders in terms of the number of votes shall appoint their respective representatives. As a result of Skagen Fonder having divested its holding in Rottneros, the Nominating Committee is now composed as follows:

Olle Grundberg represents Arctic Paper and is the Chair of the Nominating Committee.

Peter Gyllenhammar is a new member and represents Bronsstädet, which owns about 7 per cent of the shares.

Kjell Ormegard is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Rottneros.
