ROTTNEROS INVESTS SEK 40 MILLION AT VALLVIK

Rottneros AB has decided to invest 40 MSEK in an upgrade of the evaporation plant at the Vallvik mill close to Söderhamn. The investment will lower the maintenance costs, ensure high operating accessibility and the discharge of organic material to the recipient will decrease. The new construction is planned to be in use in September of 2003.

- The investment is part of a project aimed at lowering the maintenance costs at our five mills says Rottneros’ group chief executive officer Lars Blecko.
