SALE OF ROCKHAMMAR MILL FINALISED

Following the announcement on 11 March of the sale by the Rottneros Group of Rockhammar Mill to Korsnäs AB, the transaction has now been completed, with takeover being effected on 1 April. The purchase price of SEK 145 million exceeds the book value, meaning that Rottneros is realising a capital gain of around SEK 50 million.

In 2008 Rockhammar Mill achieved sales of nearly SEK 250 million and produced approx. 62,000 tonnes of pulp. The mill employs around 60 people.
