VALLVIK MILL REQUESTS LEAVE TO APPEAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL RULING BY THE SUPREME COURT

Vallvik Mill, part of the Rottneros Group, has requested a leave to appeal of a ruling by the environmental division of the Environmental Division of the Svea Court of Appeal April 30 this year.

The ruling applies to a demand of putting a plant into operation for biological treatment of water or corresponding year 2010.

The case is based on a call made by authorities for a plant to be built for biological treatment of process water.
