Adoption of income statements and balance sheetsThe AGM adopted the income statements and the balance sheets for the parent company and the Group for the financial year 2017. DividendThe AGM resolved on an ordinary dividend of SEK 0.30 per share and an extraordinary dividend of SEK 0.07 per share (in total SEK 0.37) for the financial year 2017. The record date for receiving the dividend is 18 May 2018 and the dividend will be paid out on 23 May 2018. Discharge from liabilityThe AGM granted the Board members as well as the CEO discharge from liability for the financial year 2017.
