The Swedish software company Roxen’s website has been awarded as best website in the web publishing sites category. The prize is being given by the publication Internetworld during the current Web Days, 23-24 March in Stockholm.

Roxen’s site, as the only Swedish CMS company, gained 9 points out of a possible 10 and was acclaimed the “Best Web”. Internetworld reviews Roxen’s site in its forthcoming issue and writes, for example, that: “Roxen’s site is more direct than many of the other sites in the test. By this we simply mean that the information requested is provided directly. No unnecessary extra clicks, no extra menu that has to be searched through.” “A site where the graphic thinking has been clearly considered is roxen.se. Pictures are used here in a good way.” “We were impressed.” Roxen’s site is constructed with its own web publishing tool, Roxen CMS 5.0, and the man responsible for the web is Jonas Walldén. “Roxen has staff in several countries and it is therefore important for the CMS to make things easy for everyone to publish material on our own web site. We avoid a central bottleneck and I can also be assured that the pages are given a consistent layout and uniform picture handling,” says Jonas Walldén. “We have also invested a lot of work in the extranet for customers and partners. For example, we integrate our message-handling system so that it is possible to follow one’s submitted support questions in an easy manner. With our customers’ needs in mind, operational stability is of utmost importance and, by means of the CMS tool’s automatic replication function, our doubled-up servers are continuously updated.”
