New Roxtec sales company in the Czech Republic

Roxtec acquires long-term distributor and partner in the Czech Republic, strengthening its presence in Central Europe.
On December 16, Roxtec Group, the world-leading developer and manufacturer of modular-based cable and pipe transits, acquired its distributor in the Czech Republic, Roxtec CZ. Roxtec CZ is responsible for sales in both the Czech and Slovak markets and has now become Roxtec’s 30th sales company. The seller is Antonin Vejmelka Sr., and the company has been managed by his son Antonin Vejmelka Jr. for over 26 years.
Roxtec CZ has a strong presence in several land-based segments such as power, telecom, and rail infrastructure. The company has an annual turnover of approximately 30 MSEK and employs 7 people. Roxtec aims to further expand its presence in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia and sees many exciting opportunities ahead in many market segments.
Roxtec is focusing on innovative sealing solutions, inspection services and digital tools and is active in many industries. Roxtec cable and pipe seals are used to ensure safety, efficiency and long-term operational reliability in challenging projects in the marine and offshore industries as well as in wind farms, solar farms, electrical substations, chemical plants, labs and critical infrastructure projects, including power grids, data centers, airports, ports, metros and railways.
