Royal Bank of Canada has agreed to issue USD100,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due June 2024, Series 68935 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").
The following document constitutes the pricing supplement dated June 22, 2023 (the "Pricing Supplement") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA) and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 29, 2022, as supplemented by the 1st Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 25, 2022, the 2nd Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated December 20, 2022, the 3rd Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated March 2, 2023 and the 4th Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated May 26, 2023 relating to the Programme (the "Prospectus").
