Royal Bank of Canada issued USD5,000,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due April 28, 2028, Series CB87 on April 28, 2023, under a Pricing Supplement dated April 21, 2023, as amended by the Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement dated June 15, 2023 (the "Covered Bonds") pursuant to the €75,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Royal Bank of Canada, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "Programme"). Final terms dated March 1, 2024 (the "Final Terms") have been released today to allow the listing of this issue as detailed below.
The following document constitutes the Final Terms relating to the admission to trading of the Covered Bonds with effect from March 5, 2024 for purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA). Terms used in the Final Terms shall be deemed to be defined as such for purposes of the Conditions (the "Conditions") set forth in the Prospectus dated July 29, 2022 which are incorporated by reference in the Prospectus dated July 27, 2023 and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 27, 2023, including the Conditions incorporated by reference therein, and the supplements to it dated August 25, 2023, December 18, 2023, January 3, 2024 and February 29, 2024 which together constitute a base prospectus (the "Prospectus"). Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Covered Bonds is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
The Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
