Royal Bank of Canada has agreed to issue GBP300,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due December 2016, Series 24761 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").
The following document constitutes the final terms dated December 15, 2015 (the "Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated October 30, 2015, as supplemented by the 1st Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated December 14, 2015 relating to the Programme (the "Prospectus"). Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
