Rugvista celebrates new office- and logistics facility with symbolic groundbreaking
On May 31, a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony was held for Rugvista's new headquarters at Lodgatan 11 in Malmö, which is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025. The groundbreaking was jointly led by Micael Nord, Director for Business and External Relations at the City of Malmö, Jörgen Eriksson, CEO of Catena, and Michael Lindskog, CEO of Rugvista.
The new 13,700 sqm facility will bring our headquarters, warehouse, and logistics operations under one roof, allowing us to streamline and optimize all parts of our business in a functional and scalable way.
"We look forward to moving into the new facility, which will enable us to bring all our employees in Malmö together under one roof. The updated logistics and warehouse processes we will implement will ensure that we can continue to increase the number of orders we ship each year cost-effectively and sustain our profitable growth journey," says Rugvista's CEO, Michael Lindskog.
The strategic location in the central harbor, close to highways and Malmö city center, ensures efficient logistics solutions and offers an attractive setting for our employees.

The facility is being constructed by Catena and will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM, with a solar power system installed on the roof.
