Rust-Oleum feature on Sarah Beeny’s new Channel 4 property show
“Double Your House for Half the Money” is a new series on Channel 4 (Tuesdays 8pm) where Sarah Beeny helps people achieve their property dreams without breaking the bank in these recession-hit times. By extending, converting, facelifting or drilling down, even the most modest property can become a sensational home.
By following Sarah’s rules people can double their space for half the cost of trading up to that big new house beyond their means.
In episode 2, Sarah helps Edward and Louise in Buckinghamshire to double the size of their home by building a huge two-storey extension at the side. Whilst undertaking this project, Edward was keen to update some of their existing furniture, and in keeping with the theme of the show, wanted to do so in an affordable manner!
