Revamp and recycle old picture frames with spray paint

If you have any old mismatched frames that no longer coordinate with your colour scheme, a can of spray paint can be a great investment. For less than £10 you can transform numerous frames – which works out much cheaper than replacing them, and much kinder on land-fill too! We used different shades of grey and blue on some frames that matched neither our artwork or the décor. (Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch in Dark Grey, Navy Blue, Slate Blue and Winter Grey).
