Changes in Ruukki Construction Management Team

Ruukki Construction, part of SSAB, announces changes in its Management Team and Business Unit leadership. The new Business Unit Heads as of 1 March 2025 are Carsten Kyster, Building Envelopes; Adam Korol, Roofing Europe; and Mikael Nolborg, Roofing Scandinavia.

Carsten Kyster has been appointed Vice President, Head of Building Envelopes (interim), starting March 1, 2025. Carsten is currently the Head of Roofing Scandinavia business, and he will remain on the Management Team.

Adam Korol has been appointed Vice President, Head of Roofing Europe effective as from March 1, 2025. He is currently the Head of Building Envelopes business, and he will continue as a member of the Management Team.

As announced on November 29, 2024, Mikael Nolborg has been appointed Vice President, Head of Roofing Scandinavia, and he will be part of the Management Team. He will begin his role at Ruukki on February 1, 2025, and assume full responsibility on March 1.

Additionally, as previously announced on October 31, 2024, Kristiina Sotka has been appointed Vice President, People and Culture, and she will join the Management Team. Kristiina will assume her responsibilities on February 17, 2025.

The current Head of Roofing Europe, Jouni Metsämäki, will join another company at the beginning of April.
