Ruukki Construction appoints Kristiina Sotka VP, People and Culture

Ruukki Construction, part of SSAB, appoints Kristiina Sotka Vice President, People and Culture. She will be part of Ruukki Construction Management Team and report to Sami Eronen, President, Ruukki Construction. Kristiina will join Ruukki from SRV Group PLC and start in the position latest in April 2025.
Kristiina will join Ruukki from Finnish construction developer SRV Group PLC, where she is SVP, Head of Human Resources. She has extensive international experience in leading and developing Human Resources in both construction and steel industries, and before SRV, she had a long career within SSAB and Rautaruukki, most recently as VP, Head of People, Culture and Communications at Tibnor, part of SSAB.
Kristiina will replace Susanna Segersven, who will take a new role in SSAB Group Human Resources.
