Change in number of shares and votes in RVRC Holding AB (publ)

In connection with the listing of RVRC Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) on Nasdaq Stockholm on 16 June 2021 subscription warrants of series (I)–(III)(A)–(G) were exercised for subscription of new shares in the Company (the “Exercise”). Through the Exercise, the Company has received approximately MSEK 46.8 as subscription payment.

As a result of the Exercise, the Company’s share capital has increased by SEK 51,714.69 and the number of shares and votes has increased with 5,171,469 shares and votes during June 2021. As per 30 June 2021, the Company’s share capital amounts to SEK 1,129,189.18 and the total number of shares and votes amounts to 112,918,918.
