Pernilla Nyrensten decides to step down as CEO of RevolutionRace
RVRC Holding AB (“RevolutionRace”) today announced changes to its leadership team. Pernilla Nyrensten, who is currently the CEO has at her own request announced the intention to step down as CEO. Pernilla Nyrensten will continue as an active member of the Board of Directors with a particular focus on brand and sales. A process to find a new CEO will start immediately and in the interim, the current Chairman of the Board, Paul Fischbein, will step in as acting CEO, effective as of August 16, 2022.

There have been many milestones during this period, not the least last year’s listing. It's been great building RevolutionRace alongside Niclas, with that said; today we are no longer a company that is dependent on any single individual. Now I look forward to continuing actively supporting RevolutionRace as part of the Board of Directors with an extra focus on building the RevolutionRace brand and sales”, Pernilla Nyrensten, commented.

In conjunction with the above changes, Paul Fischbein will leave the position as Chairman of the Board and member of the Nomination Committee, but remain as Board member. The Board of Directors has appointed Andreas Källström Säfweräng as acting Chairman of the Board until the Annual General Meeting in November 2022, whereby he will also replace Paul Fischbein as member of the Nomination Committee.
