Per-Anders Ovin appointed new Managing Director of Enskilda Securities

Per-Anders Ovin appointed new Managing Director of Enskilda Securities Mr. Per-Anders Ovin, current Head of Equities within Enskilda Securities, will be appointed new Managing Director of Enskilda Securities. Mr. Ovin has worked for Enskilda Securities since November 1998. Before joining Enskilda, he worked for Alfred Berg (ABN AMRO) as Head of the Swedish stock brokerage unit as well as Global Head of Equities. Mr. Ovin replaces Mr. Lars Linder-Aronson, who will start working with client services within Enskilda Securities, Corporate Finance. Mr. Lars Linder-Aronson: "During the last few years, Enskilda Securities, responsible for equity trading and corporate finance within the SEB Group, has been re-created, a process which was manifested through its incorporation at the turn of the year. Now it is time for the next phase in the development of Enskilda, and it then feels natural to hand over the baton to a new management. I have held various managerial positions within Enskilda since 1987, and I now think the timing is right for me to change tasks, for me personally as well as for Enskilda as a whole."
