SEB now owns more than 50 per cent of Eesti Ühispank SEB has purchased a further 3,372,000 shares of Estonia's Eesti Ühispank. This is the equivalent of approximately 5.15 percent of the share capital. SEB now owns 50.15 percent, which corresponds to 33,379,000 of the total number of shares of Eesti Ühispank. In November 1998, SEB signed an agreement with Eesti Ühispank giving SEB 32 per cent of the share capital and voting rights of Ühispank. SEB also owns 50.5 per cent of Latvijas Unibanka in Latvia, and 42.0 per cent of Vilniaus Bankas in Lithuania.
