The last day for trading in the warrants of series TO 1 in S2Medical AB (publ) is today, October 18, 2022

Today, October 18, 2022, is the last day for trading in warrants of series TO 1 ("Warrants") in S2Medical AB (publ) ("S2Medical" or the "Company"). The subscription period for the Warrants runs until October 20, 2022. One (1) Warrant gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in S2Medical at a subscription price of SEK 0.82 per share.

If all Warrants are exercised for subscription of shares, S2Medical will receive approximately MSEK 12.3 before issue costs. In order for the Warrants not to lapse without value, the holder must actively subscribe for shares no later than October 20, 2022, or alternatively sell Warrants no later than today, October 18, 2022. Please note that some trustees may close their registration earlier than October 20, 2022.

Terms for the Warrants:

Subscription period: October 6 - 20, 2022

Issue volume: 15,052,083 Warrants, corresponding to 15,052,083 shares upon full exercise. If the Warrants are fully exercised, the Company will receive approximately MSEK 12.3 before issue costs

Subscription price: SEK 0.82 SEK per share

Last day for trading in Warrants: October 18, 2022

Planned date for press release on outcome: October 25, 2022

Planned date for conversion to shares: November 3-8, 2022

Note that Warrants that have not been actively sold by October 18, 2022, at the latest or alternatively have exercised for subscription of shares by October 20, 2022, will expire and lose their value.

Exercise of Warrants

Trustee-registered Warrants

If the warrant holder holds Warrants in a deposit account, in an investment savings account or endowment insurance (trustee-registered holdings), subscription and payment will take place with the trustee, which will provide further instructions on how to exercise the Warrants. The warrant holder should contact their trustee well in advance for further instructions regarding exercising of the Warrants.

Directly registered Warrants (securities account)

Registration is done through a registration form available on the websites of Partner Fondkommission and S2Medical. Payment is made in accordance with the instructions on the registration form. Both the registration form and payment must be submitted to Partner Fondkommission by 5:00 p.m. CEST on October 20, 2022, at the latest.
