    Saab provides Q4 update and comments on higher organic sales growth for full year 2024

    Saab announces that its sales for full year 2024 is expected to be approximately SEK 63.8 billion (51.6), corresponding to an organic sales growth of 23.4%. Saab has previously communicated the organic sales growth outlook to be at the upper end of the range of 15-20% for the full year 2024.The increased organic sales growth of 23.4% for the full year 2024 follows a higher-than-expected sales development due to exceptional project execution in the fourth quarter.     Saab to modernise Sweden’s coastal anti-ship missile capability

    Saab has signed a contract with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration regarding the modernisation of Sweden’s coastal anti-ship missile capability. The total order value is SEK 800 million and deliveries will begin in 2026. The majority of the order intake was booked in the third quarter of 2024.The contract includes Saab’s RBS15 Mk3 anti-ship missile integrated on a launcher module installed on a truck. Sweden currently uses the predecessor RBS15 Mk2. The coastal anti-ship missile capability was reintroduced in the Swedish Armed Forces in 2016 and will now be complemented with RBS15

    Saab has received an additional order for the Gripen C/D contract from FMV, valued at SEK 466 million.     During the I/ITSEC event in Orlando, Florida, Saab has revealed a UAV training capability which can act both as an asset or threat during military exercises.     U.S. Department of Justice requests information from Saab North America, Inc. regarding Brazil’s acquisition of Gripen fighters in 2014

    Saab North America, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Saab, has received a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ). The DoJ has requested information about the Brazilian Government’s acquisition of 36 Gripen E/F fighter aircraft for its air force.     Saab receives additional mobile air defence order from Lithuania

    Saab has received an additional order from Lithuania for the Mobile Short-Range Air Defence (MSHORAD) solution. The order value is SEK 1.2 billion and deliveries are scheduled 2026-2029.Saab announced the initial MSHORAD order from Lithuania in July 2024.
