Nomination Committee of Saab AB for the Annual General Meeting 2012
According to a resolution adopted at the Annual General Meeting of Saab AB on April 7, 2011, the shareholder representatives who, together with the Chairman of the Board, constitute the Nomination Committee are hereby announced.
Members of the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2012:

Peter Wallenberg Jr, Knut and Alice Wallenberg’s Foundation
Thomas Eriksson, Swedbank Robur Funds
Thomas Ehlin, Nordea Investment Funds
The Nomination Committee will provide proposals to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting for a Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board and of the Annual General Meeting, and remuneration to the Board and to the auditor.
The Nomination Committee represents approximately 52 percent of the voting rights ofSaabABbased on the ownership structure as of August 31, 2011.
The Annual General Meeting of Saab AB will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012.

Proposals have to reach the Nomination Committee no later than February 15, 2012, to be considered by the committee.
