Saab’s Chief Financial Officer leaves his position

Saab's CFO Magnus Örnberg leaves Saab.

Magnus Örnberg has been CFO and Executive Vice President for seven years and has played an important role in Saab's growth journey and development. Saab's President and CEO Micael Johansson and Magnus Örnberg agree that the time is right for change. Magnus Örnberg hereby leaves the positions of CFO and Executive Vice President and the seat in the Saab Group Management, and moves on towards new challenges.

 

“I have had a fantastic time at Saab and I am proud of what we have been able to achieve together. It has been a privilege to be part of this journey in an industry that is so important to Sweden”, says Magnus Örnberg.

 

The task of recruiting a successor to lead the financial work and to actively contribute to the development of Saab will hereby begin. Magnus Örnberg continues in his position in the second quarter and then leaves his position and Saab.
