    Defence and security company Saab has received an additional order from the Brazilian Air Force for the upgrade program of the Erieye AEW&C Mission System in Brazil. The total order amounts to MSEK 325.Through this upgrade Erieye’s operative capacity increases and forms part of the programme for modernising aircraft model Embraer 145 AEW&C, referred to as E-99 by the Brazilian air force.     Defence and security company Saab has today signed a support contract for airborne surveillance system. The contract amounts to MSEK1,100 over 2013-2017.The contract concerns a comprehensive set of spares and support services for a previously delivered system, Saab 2000 AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning & Control).     Defence and security company Saab has received order from Brazilian Embraer Defense and Security on upgrade of the Erieye AEW&C Mission System.     Defence and security company Saab has received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for maintenance of the Erieye airborne radar system.     Saab receives order from Thailand regarding upgrading of combat management and fire control systems

    The defence and security company Saab has received two orders from the Royal Thai Navy for the upgrading of combat management and fire control systems on two frigates of the Naresuan class. The total contract amount is MSEK 454.The contracts involve upgrading the frigates with the latest generation of combat management and fire control systems, 9LV Mk4 and CEROS 200. Saab will also supply data-link equipment to the ships, which will allow communication between the frigates and Thailand’s existing Gripen aircraft and Saab 340s, the latter fitted with the ERIEYE airborne radar system. “

    Defence and security company Saab has signed a contract for the sale of an airborne surveillance system to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
