Through our french distributor Fire Technologies Eurl, another RescueRunner system has been ordered by the french fire rescue services for their important operations  in floodings, search and rescue in the shallow rivers in France.

SDIS (Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours) de la Moselle (57), which is one of the French fire rescue service departments, has just placed an order for a RescueRunner system which will be the sixth system we deliver to SDIS. The success-story continues very much due to the wide usability of our products fitting well with the needs of the french fire rescue services that operate in shallow, rocky rivers, performs search and rescue in the important and heavy trafficed water-ways but also during the more and more frequent floodings. During flooding it is very challenging to operate with conventional boats equipped with outboard engines, propellers and vulnerable hulls and our RescueRunner system is well proven in these missions (by for example the SDIS in Orleans, Grenoble och Melun and others). Our hope and belief is of course therefore that other departments will follow and integrate the RescueRunner sysstems into their fleets, both in France and in other parts of the world, says Linda Ahl, VP Sales and Business Development at Safe at Sea AB. Currently the fire rescue services in France, Sweden, Norway, Lithuania and Hong Kong uses the RescueRunner system.
