After having used the RescueRunner system for more than three years, Ingi Ragnarsson and his team Björgunarsveitin Bára will now increase their capabilities and increase their capacity performing rescue missions in the challenging Icelandic operational environment.

On the east side of Iceland, surrounded by the North Atlantic sea, with mileswide fjords and high mountains around their station, Björgunarsveitin Bára goes out on any rescue mission, sea-or-mountain related, 24/7/365. Since three years back they use the RescueRunner system for their sea rescue missions but they would now like to increase the safety with another system as they work in an extremely challenging operational environments. The second system will make it safer to operate in shallow, narrow and diffilcult areas as there will always be two RescueRunners operating together on a mission. We are very happy that Björgunarsveitin Bára after these 3 years now decides to invest in another system as it really proves that our boats are making a great difference when it comes to saving lives in and on the water. We wish Björgunarsveitin Bára all the best and thank them for their trust in our boats, saysr Linda Ahl, Sales & Business Development Manager at Safe at Sea AB.

The boat will be delivered in Q3 2021

Order Value: 293 000 SEK
