Safe at Sea AB receives order for seven SafeRunner systems to the Finnish market.

The SafeRunner system was launched in the spring of 2019 and generated great interest. Our ambition was to expand our product portfolio with yet another boat platform and relatively soon we received inquiries from customers who started to analyze and evaluate the new SafeRunner system. The order of seven SafeRunner systems is our single largest order so far with SafeRunners.

The order shows that the market increasingly sees the special capabilities of our boat systems, in this case the SafeRunner, as the best alternative to meet their operational needs. Our ability to adapt the system to the customer's specific operating environment has been crucial to receive this order.

“It is of course very gratifying that our SafeRunner system in this process has been considered to be the one that best meets the customer's specific needs and that our flexibility in customizing our systems to the customer's needs is so appreciated. The order should also be seen as an indicator that the work to broaden our product portfolio, which was one of the cornerstones of our growth strategy, was a good decision that has significantly improved our market conditions.”, Says Henrik Hartman, CEO of Safe at Sea AB (publ ).

The SafeRunner systems will be delivered in Q3 and Q4 2020.

Order value is approximately SEK 2,250,000.
