Change to the Board of Directors of Safello Group AB

Stockholm, 1 September 2022 | Swedish fintech Safello announces that Johan Lorenzen has notified the Board of Directors that he will resign from his appointment as a board member of Safello Group AB, effective as of 1 October 2022. The reason for his resignation is extended commitments outside the Safello Group where Johan Lorenzen, a serial entrepreneur and investor, recently has raised a new venture fund specializing in early stage fintech. Johan Lorenzen has been a board member of Safello Group AB since 2021. After Johan Lorenzen’s resignation the Board of Directors will consist of Jacob Jacobsson (chairman) Sepehr Alavi, Knut Pedersen and Frank Schuil.
