Safello appoints Helén Landenberg Rämsell as General Counsel
Stockholm, 6 September 2021 | Swedish fintech Safello has appointed Helén Landenberg Rämsell as General Counsel and part of the Group's management team. Helén has solid experience within e.g. M&A and capital markets from KANTER Advokatbyrå and Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå.
Safello is in a very intensive and expansive phase and where the company has made several key recruitments to the management team during the past six months in order to further strengthen the company's position.
Today, Safello announces that Helén Landenberg Rämsell has been appointed as General Counsel. Helén has worked as a lawyer and Senior Associate at KANTER Advokatbyrå, and prior to that, Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå, where she has been active mainly in the areas of M&A, capital markets and company law, assisting Swedish and international corporate clients. She also has experience from client secondment on ICA Gruppen as legal counsel. Helén has a law degree from Stockholm University and was previously a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
At Safello, Helén will have the overall responsibility for advising the business on legal matters, corporate governance, risk management, stakeholder relations and representing the business in negotiations and other legal issues.
