Safello enters into agreement with liquidity provider ABG Sundal Collier

Stockholm, 20 January 2022 | Safello Group AB has entered into an agreement with ABG Sundal Collier ASA ("ABGSC") engaging ABGSC as liquidity provider in relation to Safello’s share listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The purpose is to facilitate liquidity in the share and the undertaking commences on 26 January 2022. 

The undertaking is made in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm’s rules regarding liquidity providers and implies that the liquidity provider quotes buying- and selling volume corresponding to not less than SEK 15,000 with a maximum spread of 4 percent.
