Safello Launches Safello Subscription – A Monthly Savings Service for Cryptocurrencies Connected to Your Bank Account
Stockholm, 22 November 2021 | Swedish fintech Safello today announced the launch of its new savings service Safello Subscription after successful test phases.
On July 5, 2021, Safello launched a private beta for its new savings service, which was then opened to external users on August 23rd. After successful tests with a selected group of users and positive customer feedback, the product is now released to the public.
Safello Subscription is a monthly savings service for cryptocurrencies where users easily can make automatic recurring purchases of bitcoin or ether. You simply choose which cryptocurrency you want to buy, the recurring amount in SEK and which day of the month the purchase should be made. And then connect your bank account with Mobile BankID.
The seamless experience is made possible by using the open banking infrastructure provided by Open Payments Europe. Safello Subscription is today available to all users that have a bank account with Swedbank or SEB and have Mobile BankID. The service will open up for more banks as soon as they open their APIs for integration. The recurring fee for Safello Subscription is 3%.
