Acceptance period and board member

Pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act §6-16, board members owning shares in the Company shall advise to the market whether they will accept the mandatory offer.

Board member Mrs. Brita Erilertsen will decide whether she will accept the offer prior to the expiration of the acceptance period on 3 October 2012 at 17:30 hrs. Mrs. Eilertsen owns 30.000 shares in the Company.
