Saga Tankers ASA has received approval from The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway on the following prospectus: Listing of the Company's shares on Oslo Axess.

 

The prospectus is available at the Company's web page www.sagatankers.no and the Manager's web page www.pareto.no. The prospectus will also be available free of charge at the business offices of Saga Tankers ASA and Pareto Securities AS.

 

The Company's first day of trading on the Oslo Axess list will be 18 June 2010.
