Board member Einar J. Greve has informed the Company that he will take up the position as partner in Arctic Securities ASA. As a consequence of this and in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, Mr. Einar J. Greve has informed the Company that he has resigned as a board member in Saga Tankers ASA. Saga Tankers ASA will in due course call for an extraordinary general meeting to elect a new board member as a replacement for Mr. Einar J. Greve.
