Board member accepts offer

Reference is made to the press release dated 25 September 2012.

Board member Mrs. Brita Eilertsen has today accepted the mandatory offer from Mr. Øystein Stray Spetalen, and has consequently accepted to sell her total shareholding of 30,000 shares to Mr. Spetalen. Following the sale, Mrs. Eilertsen will not own any shares in the Company.

The acceptance period expires on 3 October 2012 at 17:30 hrs.
