Recommendation from the Nomination Committee

The Nomination committee has, as per the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance, issued a recommendation for the upcoming election of Board of Directors at the Company's EGM to be held on 7 September 2012. Please see the attached recommendation.
