Results from extraordinary general meeting
The extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") held today unanimously passed all resolutions on the agenda. The Board of Directors now consists of Øystein Stray Spetalen (Chairman), Espen Lundaas (board member) and Brita Eilertsen (board member). Please see the attached minutes from the EGM.
