Saga Tankers ASA : Approval of information memorandum

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 23 July 2014 regarding Saga Tankers ASA's (the "Company") entry into a demerger plan for certain assets owned by Ferncliff TIH 1 AS (the "Transaction") and the detailed stock exchange announcement regarding the Transaction dated 25 July 2014.

An information document relating to the Transaction has been prepared by the Company and approved by Oslo Børs on 9 September 2014.

The information document is enclosed hereto, and will also be made publicly available at the Company's business address at Sjølyst plass 2, 0278 Oslo.
