Reminder of warrants due on Wednesday October 31, 2018

SaltX has today announced its intention to carry out a rights issue, thereby adding additional capital to the company. In connection with this, we ask to remind holders of warrants that they must be utilized or sold in the market by Wednesday October 31, 2018. After that, they will expire without value.

The application must be made to Aqurat Fondkommission through a completed form and that payment is made in the prescribed manner, see link below:

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 0.265 new shares for SEK 4.72 per share latest before Wednesday October 31, 2018. Thus, it requires 3.77 options per share.

If the warrants are kept in custody, please contact the bank / trustee. If, on the other hand, they are stored on a VP account, the application for subscription can be made through the application form above.
