SaltX publishes prospectus regarding rights issues

SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) ("SaltX" or "the Company") has prepared a prospectus regarding the rights issue which the Company published on 19 October 2019.

The rights issue of a maximum of 14 519 094 shares with preferential rights for SaltX shareholders has a subscription period from 14 November to 28 November 2019.

In connection with this rights issue, the Company has prepared a prospectus which today has been approved by Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
