FINANCIAL EVENTS
The second quarter
- Net sales amounted to MSEK 4.6 (3.6)
- Operating profit/loss (EBIT) totaled MSEK 4.8 (-12.5)
- Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK -16.1 (-9.1)
- Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK -0.03 (-0.10)
Year-to-date January – June
- Net sales amounted to MSEK 21.3 (6.9)
- Operating profit/loss (EBIT) totaled MSEK -17.2 (-21.4)
- Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK -35.6 (-17.9)
- Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK -0.11 (-0.20)
SIGNIFICANT EVENTS
The second quarter
- SaltX completed a directed share issue of approximately MSEK 38 and entered into a cooperation agreement with ABB in March/April
- SaltX and SMA Minerals’ concept for production of fossil-free quicklime (ZEQL) delivers CO2 for future manufacturing of e-Fuels
- SaltX, SMA Mineral, and SSAB initiated phase two of their pre-study – planning for an electric manufacturing plant fossil-free quicklime
- SaltX’s conditional loan of approximately MSEK 24 from the Swedish Energy Agency was converted to a grant
After the end of the period
- Carl-Johan Linér steps down as CEO of SaltX – Lina Jorheden appointed acting CEO
- SaltX secures MSEK 20 loan from Industrifonden and SMA Mineral
