Grant of Warrants in SameSystem A/S

The Board of Directors has today exercised part of its current authorization by issuing a total of 576,301 new warrants to the Board of Directors including Birgitte Nielsen, CEO Henrik Salicath, and CFO Robert Kaminski.
Each warrant grants the holder the right to subscribe for one share of DKK 0.01 in the Company. The exercise price is fixed at DKK 4.7 per share, corresponding to the average closing price for the Company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Copenhagen on the date the warrants were granted.
The Warrants vest over 12 months with 1/12 each month, the first time at the month’s expiry following the Date of Issue, notably February 28, 2022. Warrants that have not been exercised will expire automatically on February 28, 2027. Warrants can be exercised in a period of four (4) weeks starting the day after the publication of the Company’s annual report or half year report.
The warrants are issued in accordance with the Company's guidelines for incentive-based remuneration and the authorization in section 4 of the Articles of Association.
After this grant of warrants, the total number of issued warrants is 1,532,180.
