COVID-19

Due to the continued spread of COVID-19 and recommendations from the Danish health authorities, the board of directors recommends shareholders to not attend the General Annual Meeting in person but exercise their voting rights by postal vote or by proxy to the board.

If a shareholder wishes to attend the general meeting in person, the board of directors requests that the shareholders attend the meeting alone.
